How does it work?

  • Move the phase contrast condenser to the “O” position
  • Apply standard Köhler illumination

Result

  • The brightfield images are almost comparable to those obtained with a standard brightfield objective.
  • This is ideal when you want to switch temporarily from phase contrast to brightfield without changing objectives.
